Co-lead or Non-lead.
Co-lead
Lead a Build while also gaining hands-on experience in your role.
Co-leads shape the project direction, improve their product thinking, and strengthen their problem-solving skills.
Non-lead
Execute a Build by collaborating closely with your team.
Non-leads drive the project forward, sharpen their skills, improve their teamwork, and gain hands-on experience.
Put your skills into practice by delivering real outcomes in a team setting.
This isn’t something you list under Education. It belongs under Work Experience.
